At this time of year our thoughts inevitably turn to buying gifts for our family and friends. It might be that people are asking what you’d like for Christmas too. Well, I don’t know about you, but I reckon we’ve all probably got our fair share of ‘stuff’, and some of the expensive tat on offer in our chain stores will, inevitably, find its way into charity shops or, more worryingly, the bin, come the New Year.
‘Experience’ presents are not a new concept, but they can be great, and here at Write This Time we offer a variety. You can buy an actual course, either face-to-face or via Zoom. Additionally, you can buy gift vouchers, in multiples of £10, towards the cost of a café writing class, a mentoring session or to put towards a course.
And this year we’ve got a new idea. In addition to offering an in-person Creative Writing Fundamentals course starting at the end of January in Horam, we are also offering the same thing as a virtual course. You just download the PDF and work your way through the units. There is also an inclusive one-to-one Zoom tutorial as part of the package where you can ask questions, chat about the course and get feedback on your writing.
That’s presents sorted then!
