  • Writing for wellbeing is about using writing in a gently therapeutic way as a means of dealing with stress and improving wellbeing.
  • You don’t need to be a writer to do writing for wellbeing, just able to write.
  • This class will be held the last Friday of the month, from 30th October 2020
  • It will be on a ‘pay as you go’ basis
  • Participants will need to enrol and pay for each session, in advance, no later than the Thursday immediately preceding the session
  • ‘Handouts’ required for each session will be shared in advance via e-mail
  • There will be a comfort break half-way through with virtual tea and biscuits!
Anything elseParticipants will need access to a computer that has a camera and a microphone. They will also need Skype installed and a good internet connection. Whilst every effort will be made to avoid technical difficulties, the tutor cannot be held responsible for any that should occur.
