Writing for wellbeing is about using writing in a gently therapeutic way as a means of dealing with stress and improving wellbeing. You don’t need to be a writer to do writing for wellbeing, just have an interest in writing.
This class will be held the last Friday of the month
It will be on a ‘pay as you go’ basis
Participants will need to enrol and pay for each session, in advance, no later than the Thursday immediately preceding the session
‘Handouts’ required for each session will be shared in advance via e-mail
There will be a comfort break half-way through with virtual tea and biscuits!
